Yard Deodorizing Treatment

Cleanup removes the waste. Deodorizing removes the smell. Our enzyme spray neutralizes pet odor at the source so the yard actually smells like a yard again.

Cleaning Up Is Not Enough

The reason a yard still smells after a full cleanup is that urine soaks into the top inch of soil and into the porosity of concrete around patios and walks. Enzymatic treatment breaks down the residual nitrogen compounds that your nose registers as ammonia. Power-washing alone does not do this. It pushes the compound deeper into the substrate and waits for warm weather to reactivate it.

Our enzyme-based deodorizing spray does the actual chemistry. It breaks down the organic compounds that cause odor at the molecular level. No masking agents. No harsh chemicals. A clean yard that smells clean.

Enzyme Science, Plain Language

1

We Complete the Waste Removal

Deodorizing always follows a full cleanup. Every visible pile is bagged and removed first.

2

Enzyme Spray Goes Down

An eco-friendly probiotic enzyme solution goes across the treated areas. The enzymes start working immediately on odor-causing organic matter in the soil.

3

Odor Is Eliminated, Not Masked

Unlike air fresheners or basic sprays, enzyme treatments break down the source. The smell does not come back after it dries.

Deodorizing FAQ

How long until pets can go back in the yard?

Usually 15 to 30 minutes after application, once the spray has dried. On warm sunny days, it dries faster. We will tell you when it is safe.

Does it work on old, set-in odors?

Yes. The enzymes break down organic compounds that have worked their way into soil over time. One or two treatments handle even long-standing odor. Heavily affected areas may need an extra application.

How is this different from baking soda or store-bought sprays?

Store-bought products mask odor with fragrance. Our enzyme treatment consumes the organic compounds that cause the smell. Once the enzymes finish, there is nothing left to produce odor.

Do you offer deodorizing for goose or wildlife waste?

Yes. Same treatment is available as an add-on with all goose and wildlife waste removal. Especially useful for common areas and patios that see heavy bird traffic.

Can I get deodorizing without a cleanup?

Yes, though we recommend pairing it with a cleanup for best results. Standalone treatments are available. Contact us for pricing based on yard size and situation.
